I personally found UNP to be more natural looking, and I liked the skin options for UNP. But again it's a matter of preference.. there are UNP body replacers that are more well endowed, and some cartoonishly so. I use CBBE for the practical reason: Most mod armors are built for or have compatibility with CBBE.

CBBE is more stylized and has some really great skimpy outfit replacers available.CBBE is a Skyrim mod that accomplishes does a number of things, but mostly it: 1. Replaces all the skin textures of the stock NPC models. 2. Replaces the default shape of what female NPCs look like. This goes beyond simply what their skin texture looks like but how large their shoulders, hips, and 'endowments' are.Other than that I sometimes find Cbbe look better, sometimes Unp. Depends on the char, what clothes etc. I gues fully naked Cbbe looks a little better, especially with bodyslide and it's many options. I never disable underwear myselve though ,so Unp or Unpb is fine. Theres always CBB animations on Unpb if you still want butt/breasts physics or ... Inport a UNP body. If you can, have the bodies be close to the same measurements. Then activate the body itself, and adjust its meshes to fit the armor.
