These would be similar to bike lanes except for Cadillac users to stop and try to get CUE to work without endangering others on the road. When in doubt, yes, I am probably joking.1. With the car running and the drivers side door closed, open the CUE storage area. 2. Turn off the car. 3. Open the drivers side door. 4. Wait 30-60 seconds. 5. Close the drivers side door. 6. The radio works but I have to use the steering wheel controls . Nothing has changed in the car. The CUE screens comes on but the touch part of the screen is not working for any command.

Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.

It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. The touchscreen itself is the issue, not the display behind what you touch or the unit behind it. The screen can be purchased from amazon for $130, including pdf installation instructions. Be sure when searching for one that it has the amber-colored translucent areas at the bottom. These are for the proximity sensors.

If the touch screen has failed, (and it is VERY common) no amount of resets -hard, soft or otherwise will fix it. You'll need to replace the touch screen. It's cheap if you do it yourself and expensive if you have a dealer perform the service. The part is only $30.
